QuickBooks Question (From the QuickBooks Knowledge Base)

Versions: Windows -- QuickBooks 2000, 2001

Q. On the Customer:Job list, why are the customer:jobs listed in the order of their balance instead of in alphabetical order?

A. If you click the Balance column header, it will sort the customer:jobs by the amount of the balance. If the arrow next to Balance is pointing up, it will it will sort in descending order. If the arrow is pointing down, it will sort in ascending order. If you prefer alphabetical order, click the Name column header and the customer:jobs will sort alphabetically.
